Luka Doncic with a brilliant new show has confirmed that he is well on his way to becoming one of the best basketball players of all time. In last night’s Dallas win over Golden State 141-121 in just 30 minutes, Doncic scored 31 points, plus 15 assists and 12 rebounds.
In just half an hour, Luke recorded a triple-double, his 17th, in an NBA career that lasts just over a year. That is how he has thrown himself in NBA history three times.
Having made the feat for just 20 years, he became the youngest player to have had more than one match per season with 30 points and 15 assists, breaking Michael Jordan’s 1984/85 record. Michael Jordan did it with 21 years.
In addition to the fascinating string of personal records, Doncic also recorded one clubs. With five triples against the Warriors, it helped Dallas record 24 baskets from distance, the best result in franchise history.
